SkillrHub shares free worksheet and learning resources for schools, teachers, families and students. Public topic guides and free resources are available without login. The optional parent and tutor progress portal requires an adult account and stores the learner details and observations the adult chooses to enter. This page explains, in general terms, how information may be collected and used when you visit the site.
When an adult uses app.skillrhub.com, SkillrHub stores their account email, parent or tutor preference, optional email-update preference, learner names or nicknames, current learning year, state or territory, and any parent email supplied for tutor updates. Learning records can include curriculum codes, the learning year, dates, resource names, pages, optional minutes, support levels, observations, next steps, work-sample references and reporting-period reflections.
We use these details to provide separate learner records, save history and prepare summaries. Supabase supplies authentication and database services; Cloudflare delivers the portal. Authorised account users can access the learner records they manage. The admin dashboard uses aggregate account, learner and activity counts to understand usage; it does not show a list of private learning observations.
The current portal does not require photos or work-sample uploads, and it does not process worksheet payments. Use a nickname if you prefer, and avoid entering sensitive medical, identity or family information. Keep paper work samples yourself. Tutor updates open a reviewed draft in the user’s email application; the portal does not automatically email parents. An email-update preference stored in the portal does not itself subscribe the user to the separate Brevo list.
You can correct records in the portal. Contact skillrhublearning@gmail.com for access, correction or deletion requests. Keep your own printed or PDF copies of important records. The portal is a convenience tool with no service-level or availability guarantee; see the portal Terms of Use. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Teachers, parents and homeschool families may choose to sign up for SkillrHub homeschooling tips, freebies, new resources and catalogue updates. Signup is optional; free lessons and worksheets remain available without subscribing. Please use an adult's email address and do not provide student information.
When you submit a signup form, your email address is sent to Brevo, our email service provider, and stored in the SkillrHub subscriber list. Brevo may process technical information, signup activity and email delivery or engagement information to operate its service. See Brevo's privacy policy.
We use this list to send the updates described at signup. You can unsubscribe using the link in our emails, or request removal by contacting skillrhublearning@gmail.com. We do not sell the subscriber list.
We measure signup form views, starts, submission attempts and signup-link clicks to improve the website. These website analytics events do not include the email address you enter. Submission attempts do not indicate a completed subscription; accepted signups are recorded by Brevo.
We use Google Analytics on this site. Analytics tools use cookies and similar technologies to help us understand traffic patterns and improve the website. Cookies are small files stored by your browser. You can manage cookie settings in your browser at any time.
This website may display advertising through third-party services such as Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on a visitor's prior visits to SkillrHub or other websites. Some lessons offer videos from independent educational creators. Selecting “Load video player” connects your browser to YouTube's privacy-enhanced player within the lesson. This video feature does not load YouTube player resources or thumbnails until you select that link. The written lesson and practice resources are available without video.
Once the player loads, Google and YouTube may receive technical and usage information, such as your IP address, device information and player interactions, and may use cookies or similar technologies for their service. Privacy-enhanced mode does not mean that no information is processed. YouTube controls its player, advertising, recommendations and external links. Its Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy apply.
Parents, carers and teachers should preview optional videos and apply their family or school viewing preferences. Please report a suitability, availability or rights concern to skillrhublearning@gmail.com with the lesson code and video link. Please do not send personal student information.
